Who we are

This website, clutchrepairsnorwich.co.uk, is run by S.D.L Autos, a mobile mechanic based in Brundall, Norwich. You can contact us about privacy at sdlautos_accounts@yahoo.com or on 07943 749054.

What we collect

When you use our callback forms we collect the details you choose to give us: your name and phone number and, if you provide them, your email address, postcode or area, vehicle make, model and registration, the service you need, your preferred callback time and your message. The form also records the date, the page it was sent from and your IP address, to help us deal with spam.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, give you a price and arrange a visit.
• To carry out and follow up any work you ask us to do.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We don’t sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Enquiries are emailed to S.D.L Autos. A copy of each form submission is also sent to our website provider, Star Websites, so they can check the form is working properly. Our website and its email are hosted in the UK.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Enquiries that don’t lead to any work are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and third parties

This website doesn’t set any cookies of its own. Pages with a Google Map load it from Google, which may set its own cookies. Links to Yell and Google take you to their own services, which have their own privacy policies.
